Er. (Mr.) Tomar Basar is an Engineer by education and has served as the Govt Officer for the state government of Arunachal Pradesh, State Consultative Member at Food Corporation of India (GoI), and State President of Tribal Welfare Society. Currently, he is the Vice President of the North East Zone (Adivasi Vikash Parishad).
